How Our Online Rental Works

Search our sites on eBay and Etsy to become familiar with our stock

If you decide to rent, call and/or email us to fill out a rental agreement. Once you have a rental agreement, place all items you want to rent in your shopping cart and complete your eBay and/or Etsy purchase through Paypal.

Be sure to notify us if you need same day delivery. We are happy to provide this service whenever possible but need to know immediately so we can schedule appropriate couriers.

All other rental shipments will be scheduled based on the dates you provided on the rental agreement. If you need delivery out of the zone we will ship within 24hrs using overnight delivery via USPS, FedEx or UPS. These shipping fees will need to be prepaid via Paypal or you can give us account numbers to use on the rental agreement. If you are outside of the zone but still need immediate delivery, we will do our best to accommodate you, and will quote on a per job basis.

Rental Policy

• All items must be paid for in full prior to release of the garments.
• 20% restock/minimum rental. 80% credited through Paypal upon completion of returns. Postmarked or received within 24hrs, in unused , unaltered and undamaged condition with all original tags attached.
• 40% weekly rental. Cleaning is included. 60% credited through Paypal upon completion of returns. Return received or postmarked within 1 week in the same condition rented, unaltered, without damage, and preferably without cleaning. We like to do our own dry cleaning which is included in the rental fee.
• Production and extended rental is available for 45%-65% depending on circumstances. Please contact management for prior arrangements.
• Damage to items will be negotiated at time of return based on management's definition of normal wear and tear and resale value.
• Everything else, all rentals beyond 1 week without prior approval and any L&D constitutes a complete purchase. Any alternative arrangements need pre-approval in writing by management and must be pre- paid through paypal.
• Free local drop off within the boundaries of the Los Angeles zone. All refunds are issued through Paypal within 48 hours of receipt of return. We cannot control how long Paypal takes to credit your account and will not be held liable for any delays, holds or disputes.
